Safety is a major consideration in the construction and operation of steam launches.

The strength and reliability of the boiler is an important element in achieving safe operation. 

In the interests of safety we build our own Lune Valley Boilers using superior quality materials.

 Our boilers are not the cheapest available, but are simply the best small steam launch boilers that can be built.

• The pressure vessel is built from heavy seamless steel tube.
• Construction uses roller-expanding and flaring - NOT welding - resulting in joints that tighten under pressure.
• Boilers can be supplied to burn either coal or paraffin.
• Capacity ranges from 2 to 8HP.
• Boilers can be supplied complete or as pressure vessels only for home workshop completion.
